The Lightning Thief Review

 The Book:

 Have you ever seen a video or story about a person finding out who their real father is? Well thats pretty much the first Percy Jackson book is about.

 The book “The Lightning Thief” was written by Rick Riordan. It starts off with a boy named Percy Jackson, who might get kicked out of school… again. Although thats bad, he has to worry about much more. Greek mythological creatures are seeming to just walk out of no where. He has caused a few of them to be angry, and is also the prime suspect of stealing Zeus’s master lightning bolt. Now Percy and his friends have to go on a journey to find the stolen lightning bolt.

 This book is the first of a couple in the series and is by far an amazing book. I have read it several times and it always gets better and better. It taught me a lot about greek mythology without realizing I was learning. Overall, the book is great and I highly recommend it.

The Movie:

 The movie called,”The Lightning Thief” is great. It shows a good description of what the greek mythological creatures looked like with only a couple minor to no changes from the book to the movie. Overall, it is a very good movie to watch.

The Show:

 I have not actually watched the show but I have heard it is really good. I have planned on watching it for some time now but cant find the time. So please let me know what you guys think about it in the comments.
